Chemistry is a Big Part of Our Life

It’s my pleasure to be a part of Megavidya.com, a part of MVN Society known for its dedication to quality education. The vision behind Mega Vidya is to be recognized as a Centre of Excellence in the field of education by meeting the challenges of the present & the future. Our aim through “quality education to all” is to unlock the students’ potential, in still determination & self confidence through constant effort & encouragement.
5 Mega vidya is an online platform which has provided me a chance to guide students all over the country via my inventive way of learning through Mega Vidya portal. I have always tried to make chemistry an interesting and thought providing subject by more practical and mathematical approach. My methodological teaching has helped number of students in cracking the prestigious exam like IIT (JEE), AIEEE, SCRA etc.
Now moving ahead to chemistry, chemistry is more than you might have thought. Chemistry is the study of you and the world around you. We are all chemists. We use chemicals every day and perform chemical reactions without thinking much about them. Everything you do is chemistry! Even your body is made of chemicals. Chemical reactions occur when you breathe, eat, or just sit there for reading. Chemistry is a big part of our life and everyone should understand basic chemistry. Many of the changes you observe in the world around they are caused by chemical reactions like rusting of iron, burning of wood, growing of grass, changing colors of leaves, cooking food, getting clean, miracles done by drugs and problems that affect our food, water, health and environment. Without these changes or chemical reactions our planet earth would be lifeless. Chemistry is all around us. Without an understanding of chemical properties and principles, life as it is today would not be possible. Chemistry plays a key role in solving most of our current issues on environment.
Students want to become doctor, engineer, physicist, geologist, nutritionist, pharmacist all require to have knowledge of chemistry. In essence, chemistry is the founding block on which all other sciences build, and it’s application tool that allows us to manipulate atoms to form chemical that we want.
You can make a career of chemistry because chemistry related jobs are plentiful and high paying. The importance of chemistry won’t be diminished over time, so it will remain a promising career path.
